Thesis: A decrease enrollment can affect a community as it may start to lose it's interest in and could possibly become dead with a lack of involvement in residents and families.
3 Main points:
1. Increased tuition
2. Budget cuts
3. Cutting programs
I tired to re-word my thesis, but can't seem to put it in a better way. This is one thing I need to revise on my paper. Along with a BOLD solution. Thank You for the input!
